The founder of the firm is Kok Chee Hoong. He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is approved auditor by the Malaysian Ministry of Finance (MOF) and is registered as a Chartered Accountant by the Malaysian Institute of Accountant (MIA).

He has more than 20 years of experience in audit, accounting and tax. He has a in-depth knowledge of local tax laws and regulations and has provided clients with valuable tax advice and also acts as tax representative for clients and assists in tax cases with the tax authorities. He has gained experienced in different international professional firms and has handled numerous companies in various industries.

Michelle Leong joined the Audit and Assurance department as a Partner. She served numerous companies in various field such as property developer, construction, oil and gas, gold and mining, manufacturing and medical centre.

Michelle started her auditing career with a few international accounting firms since 2006 and rose through the ranks until her last position as an Audit Senior Manager before leaving in 2015 to join CH Kok & Associates. She is a member of the Malaysian Insitute of Accountant (MIA) and approved auditor by the Malaysian Ministry of Finance (MOF).
